What Personal Information does CHASVC.com collect when I visit their website?
We collect personal information you may submit such as your name, email address, phone number and IP address when you use a contact submission form on our website. We do not store any of your personally identifiable information on our web servers. What about when I use my Credit Card? Who gets ahold of my Credit Card information?
We use a Paypal for credit card transactions. To make a transaction you will be redirected to their web servers for that individual transaction. You do not need a Paypal account. Only an email address for receipt. None of your personal information or credit card information is ever stored on our web servers.
Do you use any type of web server analytical software?
We utilize basic web traffic analytical software that tracks incoming web traffic and visitors location based on IP address, which web browser is being used, if the user is using a mobile device and if you found us through a search engine but we don't specifically track and combine it with any other personal information we gather for purposes of selling or reusing it. Our web server shows IP addresses where visitors arrived from but we do not monitor it. We record such basic information in the event of a cyber crime or any potential security breach attempts to identify its origin. Such things are monitored by the web server automatically for that purpose alone.
What is an internet cookie? Do you use cookies to track me?
A cookie is a marker file that is saved to your computer through your web browser from a website. We use cookies on our chasvc.com submission pages. When you use any contact form, a web cookie is used to signify the authenticity that the message was sent.
